I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was nicely decorated, with convenient and perfect location really close to Dauphitel, restaurants and skiing. Terrific service, as the staff were very helpful and outstandingly accommodating.

The staff were not exceptional, didn't expect that coming.

The location is comfortable and magnificent for exploring this peaceful area, really close to the city center, Grenoble center, and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble, and I appreciated the stay and would stay here again.

The room was very good - as one is used to from a Best-Western hotel. The very large parking lot was very important for me, because I could leave the car and the motorcycle trailer there for a week.

The employees were without exception very obliging and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very rich.

In front of our room (207) there was a tree covering the view of the swimming pool. The room was therefore relatively dark; there was no view to the beautiful surroundings.

I recently stayed at Pomo Hotel & Restaurant in Echirolles and had a pleasant experience. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like free WiFi and a minibar. The bathroom was also clean, and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast, while not exceptional, was satisfactory for the price. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and good standards.

The value for money at this hotel was really worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, especially if you're visiting the nearby hospital. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Never again - hotel OK but staff not the most helpful or friendly - facilitis i.e swimming pool very limited access Purpose to catch up with family for 54yr wedding anniversary - but visits for family not encouraged etc. Really is a busines person/deminars/business meals/weddings venue. Definitely not a family oriented hotel. Disapppointed after other bookings with you alway lived up to expectation. Had to ask for tea making facility in room and then after Day 1 no replenishment of tea etc.

Unfriendly - aloof - made to feel as if in the way. A few staff were helpful - a few personnel helpful but??? Receptionist Arnaud was the star and very amiable - the only saving grace

Staff very helpful, especially Nixon who was very helpful.

I am English and was disappointed to find that there were no English language TV stations other than a revolving news station. I saw that there were channels in German, Italian as well as French but no thing to entertain in English. My wife was in hospital was in hospital nearby and a TV station in the evening would have been good.
